Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Content Circuit (the “Service”), operated by Corey Sutton at contentcircuitapp.com.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

The Service

Content Circuit is being built to help creators and small teams plan content, manage drafts, publish to social platforms, and understand performance. The public website currently provides product information and a waitlist. Features may be offered gradually through development, testing, or early access.

Descriptions of planned capabilities are not promises that a feature will be available by a particular date. Joining the waitlist does not create an app account, guarantee admission, or require a purchase. Social integrations, AI assistance, and paid subscriptions are not currently available through the public landing page.

Accounts

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for safeguarding your sign-in credentials and activity you authorize through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for it.

Your content and permissions

You retain ownership of the ideas, text, media, and other content you provide. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to upload, use, or publish that content, including permissions relating to people depicted in it.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display your content only as needed to provide the features you use, maintain security, and follow your instructions. When publishing features become available and you authorize a post, this includes transmitting the selected content to the selected platform. This does not transfer ownership of your content to us or grant permission to use private content in our marketing.

The Service's software, design, branding, and other materials we create remain our property or that of our licensors. These Terms permit you to use the Service; they do not transfer ownership of it.

Social platforms and publishing

When integrations become available, connecting a social account and publishing will require your authorization. You must comply with the connected platform's terms and applicable laws. Review your content, destination accounts, permissions, and scheduled times before approving publication.

Third-party platforms control their own availability, permissions, supported formats, rate limits, and metrics. We cannot guarantee publication, delivery timing, continued integration access, or complete analytics. Platform outages or policy changes may delay or prevent an action. Published content is subject to the receiving platform's controls and retention practices.

AI and results

AI assistance is a planned, optional capability. If made available, generated suggestions may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to other content. You are responsible for reviewing them for accuracy, rights, and suitability before use or publication. Analytics and suggestions are informational, not professional advice.

We do not guarantee audience growth, engagement, revenue, platform approval, or any business outcome.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit or publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or abusive content, or violate another person's privacy or rights.
• Use the Service for spam, impersonation, fraud, malware, or unauthorized access to accounts.
• Attempt to breach security, access another user's private information, or disrupt the Service or its providers.
• Circumvent account restrictions, permissions, usage limits, or payment requirements.
• Overload the Service with abusive automated requests or resell access without permission.

We may investigate misuse, remove violating content, or restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, or comply with law.

Payments

Joining the waitlist is free. Paid subscriptions are not currently enabled. If paid features are introduced, prices, billing frequency, included allowances, cancellation rules, and applicable refund terms will be shown before you purchase. You will not be charged simply for joining the waitlist.

Account closure and data deletion

You may stop using the Service at any time. To request deletion of your account and associated personal information, email corey@thetechtalentblueprint.com with the subject “Content Circuit data deletion request,” preferably from the email address associated with your account. This email process is available now; an in-app account deletion option is not yet available.

We may verify your identity before processing a request. We will handle it in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy, including any necessary legal or security retention and the removal of backup copies through normal backup cycles. Account deletion does not automatically delete content already published to third-party platforms; manage those posts with the platform concerned. Revoking Google access alone does not delete your Content Circuit account.

Availability and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free results. Keep your own copies of important content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, lost opportunities, or loss of data. Our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Changes and termination

We may change or discontinue features, particularly during early access. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or when necessary for security or legal reasons. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice. You may still contact us about access to or deletion of your information.

We may update these Terms and will revise the date above. We will provide additional notice of material changes where required. Continued use after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and contact us about closing your account.
